Recently, I had the most fantastic time working with hair and makeup artist Lydia Gerzen. She’s an
absolute joy and one of the hardest workers I know. She began work in a service-based business but she found her calling as an online course producer and teacher for other hair and makeup artists. The leap and growth was phenomenal. In just 6 months she was able to position herself as an expert in the
industry. Part of making that growth possible was working with the right career coach and getting a
fabulous branding shoot to help connect with her audience and grow her community! That’s where I came in! Read on for more about my branding photoshoot with hair and makeup artist Lydia Gerzen.
The shoot took place inside a hotel room and a cafe, and outdoors on the water’s edge as well as along a cobblestone street. We worked with beautiful golden, rust and neutral tones and Lydia was a natural
during her branding photoshoot! We also worked with lovely makeup products for some great branding
photos of plum lipsticks and brown and rust toned eyeshadows. Lydia’s hair and makeup expertise was
very evident through this part of the shoot! We truly had a wonderful day together and I’m so pleased the photos have helped with Lydia’s branding for her company. Lydia had this to share: “What I feel for your work, my photos, is hard to put into words...you see what others do not see and you give everything! I really could sense how much love you put into your work...”
